Programme Description
The Diploma in Business Administration is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in general business. Students will be provided with a fundamental knowledge of business functions, processes, and an understanding of business organizations in today鈥檚 global economy.

Course work includes business concepts such as accounting, business law, economics, management, and marketing. Skills related to the application of these concepts are developed through the study of computer applications, communication, team building, and decision making. Through these skills, students will have a sound business education base for lifelong learning and career advancement.

Graduates may use this diploma for career advancement or for matriculation into a UCC bachelor鈥檚 degree programme.

Who is this Programme Suitable For?

• Those wanting to qualify for entry in one of UCC鈥檚 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree Programmes.
• Those starting or running a micro/small business or are currently working in business administration, accounting, management or marketing.
• High School graduates听
• Mature students who are currently working and want to upgrade their qualifications

Admissions Criteria

• Minimum requirements: 3 CSEC subjects OR
• Candidates can opt to apply under the Mature Entry option. To be accepted, applicants must be working for 5 years or more and be at a minimum age of 25 years. Academic qualifications, a detailed resume, a job letter and 3 professional references will be required.

JMD $139,000.00 + processing fee of JMD $1,000.00* Fees are payable before completion of semester. Additional fees apply to international students听听*conditions apply

Three days per week
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
